Randal Grichuk, the 24th overall pick in today's MLB Draft, signed a pair of index cards and completed a questionnaire in about four months. The former Little League World Series star was selected by the Angels.
Another former MLB Draft selection, former Oceanside High School star
Matthew Cerda, signed a pair of index cards and completed a questionnaire care of the AZL Cubs in about 10 months. The former fourth round pick is currently hitting .253 with a pair of homeruns in 2009.
Also signing was
Ryan Kelly of the Ravenscroft School. The five-star prospect and Duke commit signed a pair of 4x6 photos in about one week.
